The average gas price has fallen almost 3 percent in the past week, and we can expect it to drop even more in the next two weeks.  This is because the gasoline price always lags several weeks behind significant changes in oil prices, since the gasoline you put into your tank today was likely refined from oil produced several weeks ago.
