The San Antonio Pipeliners Association (SAPA) hosted its monthly luncheon at NuStar Energy’s headquarters in February. Chris Smith, Managing Editor at Oil & Gas Journal, presented the “2018 Worldwide Pipeline Outlook” to the attendees, which included SAPA members and guests, NuStar employees and students, including SAPA’s annual scholarship recipients.
