Another fake header from @dallasnews.  The “failure” is by senate Democrats who have stone-walled the nominees for weeks now.  Only an abject idiot or partisan hack would write this headline.  Thus, it is no surprise to see this headline in the Dallas Morning News.: Trump’s failure to fill energy panel is stalling shovel-ready projects
